AN OVERALL ASSESMENT is necessary to get us started. Once the assessment is completed, we develop a plan together, on how to optimise your performance. A key factor in our planning is the Big Picture thinking, recognising all factors that play an important role in your overall performance as an athlete.

TOGETHER we find the solutions to support the physical demand of your sport and life as an athlete. We look at current strengths and weaknesses and create a program that priorities improvement areas and fits your seasonal schedule.

FOCUS lays on important key elements, including reducing the risk of injury, preparing for training/games and working on the essentials of strength, power and conditioning.

Athletic training is offered to teams or individual athletes.
